Dr. Marie-Louise Gonzalez-Olivo was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She completed her optometry prerequisites at the University of Alberta before moving to Florida, where she earned both her Bachelor of Vision Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees from Nova Southeastern University.

Throughout her training, Dr. Marie completed clinical rotations with a focus on dry eye, myopia control, and contact lenses. She spent a few years providing comprehensive care patients of all ages in Canada before moving to Orlando. She has also volunteered in the community to raise awareness about diabetes and its impact on eye health.
Dr. Marie is passionate about helping patients better understand their eyes and feel confident in their care. She is committed to providing thorough, personalized eye exams, with a special interest in dry eye disease and long-term eye health.
Outside of the office, Dr. Marie enjoys reading, travelling, and trying new restaurants.
